Skiff rowing

Forfar has two St Ayles Skiff rowing boats.

The St Ayles Skiff is a 4 oared boat. A wooden structure of 22 is crewed by 4 sweep rowers and a coxswain.

Skiff rowing is for everyone. There is no previous experience needed. There are numerous ways to enjoy rowing on the loch. From gentle social rowing or wildlife watching to racing for fun or with a serious element. There is something for everyone.
