The weekend of 17th - 18th May was dedicated to training twelve newcomers to the sport. The weather co-operated and we had two good sailing days and all the trainees made excellent progress.
Particular thanks are due to those club members who gave up their time, and in some cases their boats, to allow this event to happen. A good time was had by all and we hope to see many of the trainees taking an active part in the club in the future. A further training weekend is scheduled for the coming weekend, 24th - 25th May. |
